Description:
The peak performance workshop will focus on strategies to optimize performance during the bar examination. Learn the tools used by successful lawyers to manage stress in high pressure situations, and the tools they applied to prepare for and optimize their performance on the bar exam. Whether you are a fist-time or repeat bar-taker, this workshop will help you overcome mental and emotional blocks to peak performance. Mental exercises, relaxation and stress management techniques as well as performance strategies are covered.
This event is only for law school graduates preparing for the February 2014 Bar Exam.
The event will not focus or supplement any substantive material covered by bar examination prep courses.
